The EZ Floorkeeper in a single pass lays solution, scrubs, and recovers dirty water, leaving a clean, dry floor. Available in a 20" brush-assisted model and a 20" traction-drive unit. The traction drive is a sealed-gear unit with a significant reduction in the number of parts compared to competitive units. Requires no maintenance, has no lube points, and is substantially quieter than chain drives. All units feature 200-rpm brush speed, 3-stage vac motor, speed control, 13-gal. solution tank, and 13-gal. recovery tank. Solution tank is easily filled through a slide filler door. Convenient recovery tank drain hose is located above the brush deck and a see-through lid lets the operator monitor the recovered fluid level for optimal machine performance. All models come standard with swing squeegee and pad holder (for use with any pad). The EZ may also be fitted with optional scrub brushes. The 20" models come with batteries and a charger and offer a choice of two battery packs. The battery well is easily accessible for maintenance and service operations by qualified personnel.
